  And the fact that it is cordless and can be carried into just about any are and any location, it makes for a tool that is used more than others because it is easy to use.   I have always used Makita and most of the tools that I use on the jobsite are Makita brand, so this one fits right in with everything else I am using.   This tool fits into all of those categories with the added benefit of being a Makita brand tool.   Instead of having to use a broom and always having that residue, the smallest bits left on the roof, this tool clears all of it off and makes for a much safer working environment.   I also use it for when I do lawn work at home, it is one of the perks of owning the tool and not just using it at work.   It also fits with our policy of trying not to use corded tools in places that the cords can become a tripping hazard. As a contractor, I am always looking for tools that help make a job easier and get it done faster and safer.   This tool helps clean up a messy jobsite after a busy day.   And because it is so portable and light, we can use it to make the jobsite safer.
