The doctor postulated, based on the ingredients in Metabo Fat Burner, that the Metabo Fat Burner would merely burn fat in the liver. My good cholesterol went up 16 points (+22%), and that I attribute to the diet change, but at least we see the Metabo Fat Burner helps burn the bad fats and but not the good fats. I must admit that I did change my diet by eating less meat and more salads with things like home made beans and/or homemade humus added, more fish, and cut back on meat and fried foods etc. I had a liver test a year ago (May 2009) and had fat in my liver but at least I did not have “fatty liver disease. Summary: Eliminated fat in liver condition, helped me loose 20lbs, lowered bad cholesterol 31% and lowered triglycerides 41%, while allowing good cholesterol to increase 22% at the same time. My bad cholesterol went down 50 points (-31%) due to diet change and possibly with a boost from Metabo Fat Burner product. I did some research, reading many articles, and compared many products and ideas based on my readings ( I have a Ph. D. in engineering but am not an MD). In one article a doctor compared many weight loss pills. On July 1 2010 I took another liver sonogram and the report came back with no fat in the liver. I took all of these pills for extended intervals off and on and used up the six bottles over the course of the last year (May 2009 to June 2010) (actually I reordered another six bottles in May 2010). At the time, since all I was looking for a product to burn the excess fat built up in my liver, I said “bingo” and ordered six bottles.
